Your account and business data
When you buy CleanProfit and create an account, we store your email, your business settings, and the quotes, jobs and expenses you enter. Only you can access this data.
Payments
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. We do not see or store card details. We store a purchase record (email, amount, currency, status) to grant access.
Demo
Demo calculations and demo quotes are saved only in your browser. They are not sent to our servers.
Usage analytics
We record a small set of anonymous product events (for example: page viewed, demo started, demo quote created, checkout clicked) to understand how visitors use the site. Each event stores a random session identifier kept only for your browser tab, the language, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), the page path, the referring website and campaign (UTM) tags if present. If you are signed in, it is linked to your account ID. We do not store quote contents, customer names, emails, addresses or payment details in analytics, and we do not use third-party trackers, advertising pixels or fingerprinting. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no analytics events are recorded.
Emails
We send account and transactional emails (for example, password resets).
