A quick guide to using CleanProfit.

Getting started

Open the calculator and enter hours, workers, hourly rate, supplies, travel, overhead and your target margin. CleanProfit calculates the recommended price using cost ÷ (1 − margin).

Free demo vs full CleanProfit

The calculator and demo quote generator are free and need no account. Demo quotes are stored only in your browser and carry the “CLEANPROFIT DEMO” watermark. The one-time US$59 purchase adds watermark-free quotes saved to your account, job and expense tracking, the dashboard and reports.

Creating and downloading quotes

In Quotes, add the customer, services, scope and terms. Use “Print / Save PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog. The document language (English, Spanish or Canadian French) can be set separately from the app language.

Removing the Demo watermark

The watermark is removed only with paid access. After purchasing, sign in with your purchase email and create quotes from your workspace.

Jobs and profitability

When a quote is accepted you can create a job with the pre-tax quoted revenue. Record the actual costs (labor, supplies, travel) to compare estimated and actual profit.

Account access

Create your account or sign in with the same email you used at checkout. If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.

Payment questions

Payment is one-time, with no subscription, processed by Stripe. All sales are final. If you paid but don’t see access, contact us from your purchase email.

Languages and currencies

The app works in English, Spanish and Canadian French. Choose the currency you work in from the currency selector; CleanProfit does not convert saved amounts between currencies.

Mobile use

CleanProfit works in your phone or tablet browser; there is nothing to install.
