Terms of Use
Effective October 16, 2026. These terms apply to the clean-profit.com website and the CleanProfit application.
1. Who we are
CleanProfit is a trade name operated by Santiago Castiblanco Moreno, a sole proprietorship located at 1037 The Queensway, Toronto, ON M8Z 0H5, Canada. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Santiago Castiblanco Moreno doing business as CleanProfit.
2. What CleanProfit is
CleanProfit is a web tool for cleaning businesses to calculate prices from costs and a target margin, create quotes, track jobs and expenses, and view profitability reports. The calculator and demo quote generator are free and need no account; demo quotes carry a watermark and are not meant for real clients.
3. One-time US$59 purchase
Full access costs US$59 as a single payment. There is no subscription and no monthly or recurring charge. Access is activated only after our payment processor confirms the payment, and it is linked to the email used at checkout.
4. Payments through Stripe, taxes and currency
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Where Stripe supports it, the price may be shown and charged in your local currency; Stripe calculates the conversion. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown before you pay.
5. Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please try the free calculator and demo before you buy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in your account. Access is for the purchaser and their business; you may not resell or publicly share access. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was used without permission.
7. Permitted use
You may use CleanProfit to manage your own business’s pricing, quotes, jobs and expenses. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to access other users’ data, interfere with the service, or copy, decompile or resell the software.
8. Intellectual property
The CleanProfit software, design, text and brand belong to us. The data you enter (quotes, jobs, expenses, customer details) belongs to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep CleanProfit available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. The one-time purchase gives access to the application as offered; it does not promise unlimited future development or lifetime hosting.
10. Use of calculated prices and reports
Prices, margins and reports calculated by CleanProfit depend on the data you enter. They are a decision aid; you are responsible for reviewing and choosing the prices you charge. CleanProfit is not accounting, tax or legal advice and does not replace an accountant or other professional.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, or decisions made based on calculations. Our total liability related to CleanProfit will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
